WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

 

1. WHAT IS THE RETURN PERIOD?
You can return a product within 14 days of receiving it from our supplier.

Products purchased with a discount via email or directly in the online store cannot be refunded.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If the refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The customer must bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

2. How long will it take to get my money back?

Upon receipt, confirmation, and acknowledgment of unopened products, a refund (depending on the status of the product) will be issued to the original payment method. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the tracking information so we can process the refund.

Please note that most financial institutions take an average of 3 to 5 business days to process the refund.

3. WHY DON'T WE OFFER RETURNS ON HEALTH PRODUCTS?

Health and beauty products are considered hygiene products. We take hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow returns on beauty and health products to protect all our customers. We are not alone in this. Other beauty and health suppliers do not allow returns for the same reason.

4. What is the shipping time?
We deliver between 7 and 20 business days. Send us a message if you haven't received something 3 days after receiving it.

You must contact us before sending your return, as the return address may be different from the original order address. Products that have been sold cannot be refunded.

For the fastest solution, add a photo showing the damaged part of the item. The best photos are taken on a flat surface that clearly shows the date and the defect. We will use this information to help you with your order and to avoid mistakes in the future.
